CARDIO: 25 minutes Jillian’s cardio boxing video; 1 ½ hours cleaning

CARDIO: 30 minutes Dance Cardio workout (AM)

CARDIO: 20 minutes elliptical; 20 minutes treadmill (jog 14 minutes)
WEIGHTS: shoulders & legs: fast jog, jump rope, lunges, squats, leg lifts, 3 shoulder machines

maybe I could do a video if I had someone fun to do it with like you. By myself I just cant do it especially since I'm in the house all day!
